Children's Museum of Atlanta
Children’s Museum of Atlanta is the only educational venue of its kind in Atlanta, presenting educational programs and exhibits designed for young children ages 0-8. The Museum features bright, creative, hands-on exhibits designed to promote inventive problem solving, creative thinking and artistic expression.
The Process
The mission of The Children’s Museum of Atlanta(CMA) is to spark imagination and inspire discovery and learning for all children through the power of play. The design purpose is to reinforce the identity of CMA through a consistent approach to marketing materials, internal and external communications.
The Solution
The logo is made up of two elements: the symbol and the logotype. The symbol design concept is based on the basic and simple geometric shape: circle, square and triangle. These three shapes not only represent the children’s simple and happy world, but also the common elements in different learning field, such as nature, engineering, art and so on.
